References to "VS Shift" or "SHIFT" in this Privacy Notice mean Vibe Science products and are included within the Services.

Vibe Science Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore. We develop and operate wellness-focused hardware and software products designed to support general well-being.

This Privacy Notice applies to all users of our Services, including beta participants.

  • Zoho Desk (customer support and AI-assisted chat)
  • Jinshuju (secure collection of signed forms and disclaimers)
  • Google Forms (feedback and survey collection)

Third-Party Integrations

Where you choose to connect third-party services (such as wearable or fitness platforms), we will only access data from those services after you have explicitly authorized the connection. You may revoke access at any time through the App or the relevant third-party platform.

If you connect a third-party service such as Oura, Oura may collect and use information about our access to the Oura API (for example, API usage and integration performance data) for its own business purposes in accordance with Oura's policies.

4. How and Why We Use Your Personal Data

We use personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so and for clearly defined purposes.

Primary purposes include:

  • Providing access to our Services
  • Operating, maintaining, and improving our products
  • Responding to inquiries, providing customer support, managing user relationships and communications
  • Conducting research, analysis, and product development using aggregated or anonymized data
  • Meeting legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

Personalization and AI

We may use usage data and optional user inputs to personalize content, session suggestions, or timing, including through automated or AI-assisted systems.

These systems:

  • Are designed solely for general wellness purposes
  • Do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Do not produce legal or similarly significant effects

Third-Party Integration Data

Data obtained from connected third-party services (such as wearable or fitness platforms) is:

  • Used only to provide features explicitly requested by the user within the App
  • Not used for advertising, resale, or independent profiling outside the App
  • Processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law

5. Marketing

We may send you service-related communications, such as important updates or changes to the Services.

With your consent, we may also send marketing communications about new features, programs, or offerings. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.

We use HubSpot to manage marketing communications and user engagement data.

Data obtained from connected third-party devices or platforms (including wearable integrations) is not used for advertising, targeted advertising, or marketing attribution.

6. Who We Share Your Personal Data With

We may share personal data with trusted third parties where necessary to operate our Services, including:

  • HubSpot - user relationship management and marketing communications
  • Zoho Desk - customer support and AI-assisted chat services
  • Jinshuju - secure collection of signed forms and disclaimers
  • Google Forms - feedback and survey collection
  • Cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS China)
  • Professional advisors or legal authorities where required by law

All service providers process personal data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We do not sell personal data.

7. How Long Your Personal Data Will Be Kept

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our Services
  • Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Third-Party Integration Data

Data obtained from third-party integrations is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant App functionality and is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

If you revoke a third-party integration (such as Oura), we will stop accessing that data and will delete the third-party integration data associated with that connection from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Where we temporarily cache third-party integration data to improve performance, we retain cached copies only for limited periods and refresh or delete them as appropriate. For Oura integration data, cached copies are not retained longer than 60 days.

8. Where Your Personal Data Is Stored and Transferred

Your personal data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by reputable service providers. Where personal data is accessed or processed from other jurisdictions for operational purposes, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure it remains protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data

This may include data obtained from connected third-party services where applicable.

This includes, where appropriate:
